Due to the extensive planning, logistics, and resource allocation required for VANSH 2K26, registration fees are generally non-refundable once a transaction is successfully completed.
If a participant wishes to cancel their participation, they may do so, however, the registration fee will not be credited back. In the rare event that a specific competition or the entire festival is officially cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
If you have been charged multiple times for a single event pass due to a technical error, please contact our support team at vignanvansh@vignanits.ac.in or call us at +91 80964 19473 with your transaction ID. Verified duplicate charges will be reversed promptly.
